BIITM Bhubaneswar Placement Cell Organised the BIITM PLACEMENT ORIENTATION PROGRAM 2025 on 28th and 29th July 2025. The program commences from 10 am with the Inaugural Session where there was

The followed by Alumni talk address by Mr. Ankush Kumar Pani, President – BIITM Alumni Association. After a break there was Presentation on Placement Orientation (Selection Process & GD) by Prof. K. Chandrasekhar, Dr. Varun Agarwal and Dr. Annjaan Daash

In the 2nd half of 28th July 25 Campus to Corporate session was carried out by 

Mr. Biswanath Mahapatra, Vice President, Jana Small Finance Bank.

They emphasized on Industry-Specific Insights like Banking (e.g., risk awareness, customer-centricity). They also talked about their experience in Sales field.

On the 2nd day 29th July 2025 started by Faculty Session by Prof. Rupambika Pattnaik, Dr. Ankita Agarwal and Prof. Smaranika Dash. This was followed up by eminent speaker from Corporate for a  Campus to Corporate Session by

Mr. Shashank Kumar, Cluster Manager Marketing, Reliance Retail Limited

She emphasised on the importance of Life Skill Development and Pre Placement Training to help the students getting placed. After the lunch break in the 2nd half another eminent speaker joined Corporate for a  Campus to Corporate Session by 

Mr. Sabyasachi Jena, HR Business Partner, PepsiCo., Roshni Khandai HR Executive, Pepsi Co and Ms Truptimayee Das, Area Sales Manager, Pepsi Co.

They emphasised on Corporate Culture & Expectations, Communication Skills, Teamwork & Collaboration, Industry-Specific Insights : FMCG (e.g., brand management, sales cycles) and Professional branding.

By covering these areas, your Campus-to-Corporate speakers will equip students with the mindset, skills and practical tools needed to transition confidently from BIITM into their first professional roles.

ଏହା ପରେ BIITM ଆଲୁମିନି ଆସୋସିଏସନର ସଭାପତି ଶ୍ରୀ ଅଙ୍କୁଶ କୁମାର ପାଣିଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପୂର୍ବ ଛାତ୍ରଙ୍କ ଆଲୋଚନା ଭାଷଣ। ବିରତି ପରେ ପ୍ରଫେସର କେ. ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରଶେଖର, ଡକ୍ଟର ବରୁଣ ଅଗ୍ରୱାଲ ଏବଂ ଡକ୍ଟର ଅନ୍ଜାନ ଦାସଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପ୍ଲେସମେଣ୍ଟ ଓରିଏଣ୍ଟେସନ୍ (ଚୟନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଏବଂ ଜିଡି) ଉପରେ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନା କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ୨୮ ଜୁଲାଇ ୨୫ ର ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟାର୍ଦ୍ଧରେ କ୍ୟାମ୍ପସ୍ ଟୁ କର୍ପୋରେଟ୍ ଅଧିବେଶନ

• ଶ୍ରୀ ବିଶ୍ୱନାଥ ମହାପାତ୍ର, ଉପାଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ, ଜନ ସ୍ମଲ୍ ଫାଇନାନ୍ସ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା କରାଯାଇଥିଲା।
